About Adeline
Consultant, Mine Site Operations
A PhD prize winner and Robotics University Lecturer, Adeline has brought many unique talents to the MSM team.
As an exceptional engineer herself, Adeline is able to understand all of the technical challenges facing our network across each mine site function. This understanding fuels an ability to be forensic in her interviews which results in outstanding talent matches.
Originally from New Caledonia, a country with a rich mining history: Adeline has the added gift of being fluent in French which our Franco mine sites benefit from greatly.
She is known to be compassionate, honest, hardworking, exceptionally bright and truly gifted at operations search.
Hobbies and interests:
- World Championship bronze medalist in Sport Aikido.
- Food blogger specialising in dairy free cuisine.
- Crafting, such as cosmetics, jewellery and textiles.
- Travel and culture.

Corporate recruitment specialists
This team handles our corporate positions for the head office environment with a core focus on mining, metals, private equity and related capital markets. We are active in all major mining HQ cities such as Toronto, London, Johannesburg, Singapore, Perth and Amsterdam,
The team are extremely capable in all Non-Executive, CXO and managerial functions with specialist depth in Finance, Legal, Governance, Ops, Risk, Tax, Treasury, HR, Corporate Development, M&A, and Strategy.
Through our PE, NED and Exec board network, we also make financing connections facilitating access to strategic capital.
