Typically our expatriate mine site candidates have differentiated themselves by obtaining a relevant functional degree. They demonstrate good career progression from respected miners and are confident in their recent references. They will likely have remote mine site experience (FIFO or residential) and have sought out competitive advantages such as a second language, an MBA or chartered certification. We target best in class Directors, Managers and Superintendents across all mine site functions.
